4-storey building tilts in N’anj, 1 killed

A minor was killed and injured six people when a four-storey residential building tilted in Baburail area of Narayanganj district town on Sunday.

The building titled in the area around 5:00pm, creating panic among its residents and those of neighbouring buildings.

On information, fire service and rescue team rushed to spot and started rescue operation.

After inspecting the area, Narayanganj deputy commissioner Jashim Uddin said a minor was killed in the incident. The injured were sent Narayanganj General Hospital.
