790 bottle phensedyl seized in Pirojpur

Police recovered 790 bottle phensedyl from South Masimpur area of Pirojpur sadar upazila on Friday.

Sadar Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Moniruzzaman confirmed the news.

He said, “The phensedyl were seized after searching in a private car standing on the road at Masimpur area. The car was seized with the phensedyl. Police guessed that peddlers left the car with phensedyl sensing the drive and fled the scene.”

Additional Superintendent of Police (ASI) in Pirojpur Mollah Azad Hossain said a case was filed with the sadar police station in this connection.
