80 diagnosed with dengue in Satkhira

Satkhira Correspondent: At least 80 people have been diagnosed with dengue virus in the district till Tuesday morning as the dengue situation has worsened here as in many other parts of the country.

At least 14 people have been diagnosed with dengue virus in the last 24 hours till Tuesday morning.

Some 45 dengue patients now are undergoing treatment in different hospitals of the district.  Some 30 people returned home after receiving treatment, and five others have been refereed to different hospitals.

Satkhira Civil Surgeon Dr. Sheikh Abu Shahin confirmed the matter.
