Allama Shafi admitted to hospital with breathing problems

Ameer of Hefajat-e-Islam Allama Shah Ahmed Shafi has been admitted to a private hospital in Chattogram with headache and breathing complications.

Shafi, also the director general of Al-Jamiatul Ahlia Darul Ulum Moinul Islam (popularly known as Hathazari Madrasa), was rushed to the hospital when he felt sick on Saturday (April 11) evening.

He had been suffering from old-age complications for a long day.

Moulana Anas Madani, spokesperson of Hefajat-e-Islam, confirmed the matter of Shafi's admission to the hospital.
