Allama Shafi returns madrasa

Hefazat-e-Islam Chief Shah Ahmad Shafi, also the rector of Al-Jamiatul Ahlia Darul Ulum Moinul Islam, has returned the madrasa from hospital after taking treatment for five days.
He returned the madrasa from Chattogram Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) on Saturday afternoon after the authority discharged him.
Allama Shafi’s son Maulana Anas Madani, also publicity secretary of Hefazat-e-Islam, confirmed the development.
He said, ‘My father is currently well. He returned the madrasa after the hospital authority released him.’
Mentionable, the 103-year-old Allama Shafi was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital on Tuesday. He has been suffering from different old-age complications.
