Another dies of dengue in Barishal

One more patient died of dengue, mosquito-borne disease, at Barishal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital on Friday night, taking the district’s dengue death toll to nine.

The deceased was known as Parvin Begum, 36, wife of Faizul Haque, hailed from Tetotal village under Banaripara upazila in Barishal.

Hospital Director Doctor Md Bakir Hossain said, the woman got admitted to the hospital around 1:00 pm. Her physical condition was critical. She died around 8:00pm.
