Bus-truck collision kills 3 in Faridpur

At least three people were killed and 12 other were injured in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck on Faridpur-Barishal highway on Tuesday morning.

The accident took place around 8.45am at Sadardi under Bhanga upazila in Faridpur district.
One of the deceased was identified as Siraj, 55, of Madaripur sadar upazila.

According to sources, a Madaripur-bound bus of Chandra Paribahan from Dhaka collided head-on with a truck, leaving three dead on the spot and 12 injured.

The injured have been taken to Bhanga Upazila Health Complex.
