COVID-19 cases rise to 1506 in Narsingdi

11 more people have been found to be infected with coronavirus or COVID-19 in Narsingdi district.

With them, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the district stood at 1506.

Narsingdi Civil Surgeon Dr Mohammad Ibraim Titon confirmed the matter to risingbd on Wednesday morning.

Samples of 30 people were completed on Tuesday, out of them 11 tested positive for coronavirus, he said.

Of those infected with the virus, 37 people have died so far.

About 1190 people have recovered from the disease so far.
