Child dies of coronavirus symptoms in Sunamganj

A four-year child has died of coronavirus symptoms at Shalla in Sunamganj, creating huge panic in the area.

The child died on Monday evening at Kandigaon Shantinagar of the upazila.

According to police and locals, the house of the child’s father is located in Baniachong of Habiganj. He went to his grand-father’s house. The child was suffering from heart disease and some other problems.

Officer-in-Charge of Shalla Thana Ashraful Islam said although the child was suffering from heart disease and some other problems, the house has been locked down.
