Child with corona-like symptoms dies in Khulna

A one-year old child with coronavirus-like symptoms died at Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH) on Friday night.

The child hailed from Kharabad Baintala area of Batiaghata upazila.

Residential physician of KMCH Dr. Shailendra Nath Biswas confirmed the death.

The physician said the child was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia problem on Friday afternoon. Later, he was shifted to the isolation ward.  His sample has been collected for corona test.
