Food items distributed among poor in Jashore

Jashore police distributed food items among 500 poor families in Jashore on Monday night as they are facing food crisis during the countrywide shutdown.

Jashore police super Muhammad Ashraf Hossain distributed the food items.

 500 poor families in Isahak Road, Najir Shankarpur, Barandinathpara and some other areas of the town got food items that include rice, lentil, oil and soap.  

The police super said “The poor are suffering a lot due to countrywide shutdown and urged the rich to stand by the helpless people during this situation”.
