Journalist with corona symptoms dies in Satkhira

A local journalist with corona symptoms has died at Tala upazila in Satkhira.

The deceased is Abdus Salam, a resident of Baruihati village of the upazila.

Medical Officer of Tala Upazila Health Complex Dr. Rajib Sardar confirmed the matter.

He died on Wednesday night on way to Khulna Medical College.

Dr. Rajib Sardar said he was suffering from fever, cough, respiratoty and liver problem for 4/5 days. He was admitted to Tala Upazila Health Complex on Wednesday morning.

He was taken to Satkhira Sadar Hospital but he was refered to the corona unit of Khulna Medical College Hospital.
