Khulna division reports 112 coronavirus cases

A total of 112 coronavirus or COVID-19 patients have been detected in ten districts under Khulna division as of Tuesday (April 28).

41 doctors and health workers are among those infected.

Of those infected with coronavirus, two have died and four recovered. Seven are undergoing treatment at hospitals while the remaining are in isolation at their respective homes.

COVID-19 positive cases have been reported more in Jashore district than any other district in the division till now.

Jashore district reports 44 coronavirus cases, Jhenaidah 21 cases, Narail 13 cases, Kushtia 11 cases, Khulna 9 cases, Chuadanga 7 cases, Magura 4 cases, Meherpur 2 cases while Bagherhat and Satkhira districts report one case each, according to the office of Khulna divisional health director.
