Kite-flying banned in Rajshahi airport

The authority of Shah Makhdum Airport in Rajshahi has issued a ban on kite-flying in the sky of Rajshahi city.

According to the new directions, no one will be allowed to fly kites in airport areas of Rajshahi as it may endanger the flight safety of the aircraft around the airport.

The airport authority has made an announcement regularly in this regard on Wednesday.

Setafur Rahman, manager of Shah Makhdum Airpor said, the Dhaka-Rajshahi route is currently shut but training aircraft are flying regularly from this airport.
