Man held with fire arms, drugs in Noakhali

Noakhali Correspondent: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel arrested a top drug trader with fire arms from Debisinghpur of Senbag upazila in Noakhali district early Friday.

The detainee is identified as Alauddin Bocha, 36, son of late Sanaullah Bhuyian.

Sources said, acting on secret information, RAB-11 personnel conducted a drive in the area and arrested Bocha with a pipe gun and 40 pieces of Yaba pills.

Confirming the matter, Senbag police station officer-in-charge Mizanur Rahman said, two cases have been filed under fire arms and drug act.
