One crushed under truck

A man named Shofikul Islam Sumon, 40, has been crushed under a stone-laden truck at Chandana intersection in Gazipur City Corporation area.  

The accident took place around 10.00am on Monday.

Sumon was the son of Syed Altaf Uddin in Pachrukhi area of Nandail upazila under Maymensingh district. 

Sub-inspector of Bashon police station Mosharraf Hossain told risingbd, “Sumon has been crushed under a stone-laden truck. He died on the spot. The dead body has been sent to the Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Medical College & Hospital morgue”.
