One killed in picnic bus accident

A passenger bus collided with a picnic bus in Jashore on Wednesday morning, leaving one dead and 20 others injured.

The accident took place at Ulashi HariKhali area on Jashore-Satkhira road around 8:30am.

The deceased was the driver of a bus and 13 were the students among the injured.

Police said, a picnic bus carrying the students of Kalaroa high school of Satkhira collided with a passenger bus coming from opposite direction at Ulashi HariKhali area in the morning, leaving one dead and 20 others injured.

The injured were admitted to Navaron health centre after they were recovered.
