Passer-by killed in Habiganj road accident

A 35-year old male passer-by was killed in a road accident that took place on Dhaka-Sylhet highway at Kalikapur in Madhabpur upazila of Habiganj on Saturday morning.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

On information, a team of police members rushed to the spot and recovered the body, said KM Moniruzzaman Chowdhury, officer-in-charge (OC) of Shayestaganj Highway Police Station.

They are trying to identify the dead body, the OC said.
