Retired SI dies from Covid-19

A retired Sub-Inspector (SI) has died from the novel coronavirus infection in the capital.

The deceased was known as Mohsin Rizvi, 65, son of late Abdus Samad Bhuiyan, hailed from Wapda area of Moulvibazar.

Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital’s caretaker Partho Sarathi Kanango confirmed the matter on Thursday (July 2).

Besides, another patient died from coronavirus like disease in the hospital, he added.
