SC scraps verdict against Ashiyan City

Staff Correspondent: The Appellate Division of the High Court has scrapped a previous verdict against Ashiyan City Housing Project in capital`s Dakshinkhan area declaring it illegal.
A bench of Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha passed the order the Monday.
On January 16 in 2014, the High Court declared the Ashiyan City housing project in Dhaka’s Dakshinkhan area illegal.
