Second coronavirus case in Rajshahi

A 40-year-old man who returned home in Baghmaraupazila with fever and cough from Narayanganjhas tested positive for coronavirus, the second case in Rajshahi.

Rajshahi Civil Surgeon DrEnamulHaque said the man was a garment worker and was kept home quarantine after he returned home from Narayanganj. The sample of the man was collected on April 11 and it was found positive in the test at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.

As soon as the report was disclosed, the house of the man was put under lockdown.

On Sunday, another man who returned from Dhaka tested positive for coronavirus.
