State Minister for Religious Affairs buried at family graveyard

State Minister for Religious Affairs Sheikh Md Abdullah has been buried at his ancestral graveyard at Kekania village in Gopalganj.

His body was taken at village home around 4:30pm on Sunday. Later, the body was taken at the ground of Kekania Shamsul Ulum Madrasa. There, he was accorded guard of honor.

His Namaj-e-Janaza was also held in the same ground. Later, leaders and activists of Awami League paid tributes to him placing wreaths.

Then, he was laid to rest beside his mother at the family graveyard.

Mentionable, State Minister for Religious Affairs Sheikh Md Abdullah passed away at the CMH on Saturday night after suffering a heart attack.

Later, he was found of being contracted with coronavirus positive.
