Two held with 40,000 yaba pills

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB-7) in a drive yesterday arrested two youths with 40,000 yaba pills from Shikolbaha union under Karnaphuli thana of Chattogram.

The arrestees are Md Romin, 23, and Khorshed Alam, 19.

After being informed, a RAB team intercepted a motorbike carrying the duo and detained them, according to a press release of RAB-7 media wing.

Based on their confession, the elite force seized the yaba pills they were carrying.

The motorbike was seized from the spot and a case was filed with Karnaphuli thana in this connection.
