Two journalists arrested in Barguna

Police have arrested two journalists from Barguna in a case filed under the Digital Security Act.

They were arrested on Wednesday.

Barguna Sadar Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abir Hossain Mohammad confirmed the matter.

The arrested two journalists are Sumon Sikder and Mir Jamal.

Another person named Ramiz Jaber Tinku has been arrested in the same case.

The other accused are Asad Sabuj, Rabbi, Sagir Hossain and Rubel.

OC Abir Hossain Mohammad said a woman named Lamia filed a case against them on Wednesday.
