Two more coronavirus patients detected in Jhalokathi

Two more people have been found to be infected with coronavirus or COVID-19 in Jhalokathi district, taking the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the district to  11.

Dr Shyamol Krishna Halder, civil surgeon of the district, confirmed the matter to risingbd on Sunday (May 3) morning.

Samples of the two people were sent to IEDCR for tests and later their report came back positive, the civil surgeon said.

They have remained in isolation at their respective homes and undergoing treatment staying homes, he said.
