Two more died over clash in Khulna

A person who sustained injuries over clash between two groups in Khulna succumbed. He was known as Nazrul Islam, 60.
Besides, another person named Jihad Sheikh (30) were lynched to death by people of the opposite group.
They both succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment at Khulna Medical College and Hospital on Thursday mid-night.
A clash ensued between supporters of Zakakria and Fakir groups Moshiali area under Khanjahan Ali Police Station around 9:30pm on Thursday.
Additional cops were deployed in the area to bring the situation under control.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Zakaria Hassan was expelled from Khanjahan Ali Thana Awami League unit as he fired bullets on village people. Khulna Metropolitan Awami League’s office secretary Munshi Mahbubul Alam Sohag confirmed the matter.
