Two women were killed and seven people were injured as a truck hit a human hauler in Laudia area of Jhenidah sadar upazila on Saturday morning.
One of the deceased was identified as Poli Khatun, wife of Alauddin at Goriala village of Jhenidah sadar upazila.
According to sources, a human hauler plunged into a ditch after a truck hit it around 10.30am, leaving two women dead on the spot and seven people injured.
