Village doctor dies of coronavirus in Sylhet

A village doctor has died of coronavirus in Sylhet.

Abul Kashem, 40, died at the isolation ward of Shaheed Shamsuddin Ahmed Hospital  early Thursday.

Sylhet Civil Surgeon Dr Premananda Mondol confirmed the matter.

Abul Kashem has a pharmacy at Achhirganj Bazar under Badepasha union of the district.

He was admitted to the hospital’s  isolation ward around 10.00pm on Wednesday.
