Hult Prize global movement fourth time at CU

Hult Prize Movement will be held at the University of Chittagong (CU) for the fourth time. Hult Prize at the University of Chittagong team has already started working to organize the entire event successfully.

Hult Prize Foundation has started its activities with the challenge of creating 2000 jobs by 2024 under the slogan ‘Getting the world back to work’. Athkia Subat, a student of 2017-18 session of Banking and Insurance Department, has been nominated as the Campus Director for the implementation of Hult On-Campus round at University of Chittagong.

Besides, the organizing team of 54 members have already been formed through online recruitment.

Athkia Subat said that it is a great honor for me to get the opportunity to lead the team of Chittagong University in the 2022 on-campus round. Like the previous years, I hope this event will be a success this year as well.

According to the organizers, registration for the on-campus round of this movement will start very soon. Due to the Corona Pandemic, registration will be done online.

Last year, 321 teams registered in the on-campus round at CU to pitch their business ideas and that was the second-highest position in terms of team registration in the global ranking. The organizers are hopeful to continue the success this year also.

Hult Prize, in partnership with the United Nations, is the world’s largest student movement that has helped to inspire students from more than 3,000 educational institutions in more than 121 countries to come up with innovative business ideas and this movement takes place every year to address a variety of social issues.
