Commission will offer fair polls: EC Ahsan

Election Commissioner (EC) Brigadier General (Retd) Ahsan Habib Khan said, “The Election Commission is working to provide a free, fair and neutral election. And for this, all concerned will have to work impartially. The Election Commission will ensure the viable environment for the election so that the voters can come to the polling station and vote for the candidate of their choice.”

He said this after holding a view exchange meeting with election officers, law enforcement officers, intelligence officers and officers relating to the election of three districts including Jhalakathi at Jhalakathi District Commissioner’s office on Saturday (November 25) on the occasion of the upcoming 12th national elections.
