Mymensingh road crash kills 2

At least two jaywalkers were killed when a speedy truck rammed them on Mymensingh-Kishoreganj highway on Thursday morning (November 30).

The deceased were known as Abdus Sattar, 55, son of late Mafiz Uddin, Janti Gaor, 60, wife of Dulal Gaur.

Sources said that sand-laden a truck rammed the two pedestrians in the area when the driver of the truck lost control over steering, leaving the woman dead on the spot and injured other. Later, the injured one was sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital where duty doctors declared him dead.

Ishwarganj police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Mazedur Rahman confirmed the matter.
