Hero Alam`s nomination cancelled

The nomination of Ashraful Hossain Alom, popularly known as Hero Alom, has been cancelled.

Saiful Islam, Bogura District returning officer cancelled his candidature on Sunday (3 December) for not filing the nomination form properly.

Following the issue, Hero Alom told risingbd that cancelling nomination is not a new issue for me. I will appeal against it. If needed I will go to the high court again. I will remain in the field with the love of people.

Returning officer Saiful Islam said Ashraful Hossain did not submit his assets statement in the nomination document. He also did not sign the nomination paper. That is why his nomination paper has been cancelled.
