Masud Chowdhury has more gold than his wife

Lieutenant General (retd.) Masud Uddin Chowdhury, Jatiya Party-nominated candidate for Feni-3 seat in the 12th national parliament election and the current member of the parliament, has more gold than his wife.

They have no liability. This information was obtained from the affidavit submitted to the office of the District Returning Officer.

Masud Uddin Chowdhury was elected as a Member of Parliament for the first time as a candidate of Grand Alliance from Feni-3 constituency in the 11th National Parliament Election. He is a presidium member of Jatiya Party.

After reviewing the affidavit of Masud Uddin Chowdhury, it was found that his wife’s assets are more than his movable and immovable assets.

Besides, he has 95 bhoris of gold in his own name but his wife has 50 bhoris of gold. The movable and immovable assets of Masud Uddin Chowdhury’s wife are Tk 9 crore 28 lakh 8 thousand 471 against his wealth of Tk 8 crore 57 lakh 60 thousand 299. But he has no liability.
