Mother commits suicide after killing two children

A mother has committed suicide after killing her two children at Kamalpur village under Gutudia union in Dumuria upazila of Khulna district.

The deceased were identified as Doly Begum, 38, wife of Mannan Sarder, and her two children---six-year-old daughter Fatema and seven-month-old son Omar.

Being informed, police recovered the dead bodies and sent those to a morgue for autopsy on Saturday.

According to locals and police, Doly had killed her children before committing suicide between 8am and 11am over a family feud.
