Rajshahi records season’s highest temperature at 40.2°C

The maximum temperature of the season was recorded in Rajshahi district at 40.2 degrees Celsius on Wednesday (April 17).

According to Rajshahi Weather Observatory Centre, the temperature was recorded around 3pm. At this time, humidity was 30 percent.

People are experiencing the blistering heat as severe heat wave is sweeping over the district. Normal life is being disrupted due to the extreme heat across the district. No one is seen going out of the house without much need in the ongoing heatwave.
