Two killed in Pabna road crash

At least two people were killed when an ambulance hit an auto-rickshaw in Shalgaia Meril bypass area of municipality sadar of Pabna on Saturday night (April 20).

The deceased were known as Dukhu Mia, 35, son of Shamsul Islam, Ramzan Ali, 50, son of late Darbesh Ali.

Pabna Sadar police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Rawshan Ali said the two vehicles collided head-on in the area around 10:00pm, leaving the two people injured.

Later, they were rushed to Pabna general hospital where duty doctors declared them dead.
