Rohingya youth shot dead 

A Rohingya youth was shot dead in Ukhiya upazila of Cox’s Bazar over establishing supremacy.

 Members of Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army (ARSA) abducted the youth on Friday night and shot him near a paddy field.

The deceased was identified as Khairul Amin, 36, son of Jamir Hossain and a resident of H Block of Camp 14.

Md Shamim Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Ukhiya Police Station, confirmed the news on Sunday.

Being informed, a team of APBN police recovered the body and sent those to Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital.
