2 killed in Rangpur clash

Two people were killed, and 20 others were injured in a clash between agitating students of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and Awami League leaders and activists in Rangpur.

The clash took place in front of city corporation, super market, ship company and Payra compound around 1:30pm on Sunday (August 4).

One of the deceased was identified as Khasru. However, another could not be identified immediately.

Seeking anonymity, an official of law enforcement agencies, confirmed the deaths of two people to risingbd.
