Dr Yunus to visit Abu Sayeed’s family today

Chief advisor of the interim government Dr Muhammad Yunus will go to Rangpur today, Saturday (August 10), to meet the family of Abu Sayeed, the student of Rangpur’s Begum Rokeya University who was killed in the student movement.

The Nobel Peace Prize-winning economist Muhammad Yunus will go to Rangpur’s Pirganj by a helicopter this morning.

The two student representatives in the advisory council will accompany him.

Security measures have been strengthened centring their arrival in the area.
