Road crash claims four lives in Bagerhat

At least four people were killed when a pickup rammed an autorickshaw on Bagerhat-Khulna highway on Monday (September 4).

Of the deceased three were known as Shawkat, 40, Masum, 30, and Nipa, 28.

Local sources said Khulna-bound a pickup hit the auto rickshaw in Noapara area around 9:30am, leaving three people dead on the spot and injured two others.

Tanvir Tanvir Islam Anik, a doctor at Fakirhat upazila health complex confirmed the matter.
