Two bikers killed in Thakurgaon road crash

Two motorcycle riders were killed when a truck rammed their bike in Pirganj upazila of Thakurgaon on Wednesday evening (December 4).

The deceased were known as Harunur Rashid, son of Abdus Salam, and Abdul Khalek, son of Enamul Haque.

The accident took place in Guagaon power house area of the upazila.

Pirganj police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Tazul Islam said the victims were heading towards home yesterday evening. Meanwhile, goods laden a truck hit their motorcycle, leaving them critically injured. Later, they died on the way to hospital.
