Long march rally vows to take any risk for country

BNP’s associate bodies- Jatiyatabadi Juba Dal, Swechchasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal- completed their long march towards Agartala, India, on Wednesday protesting the attack on Bangladesh Assistant High Commission, disrespect to the national flag, and alleged attempts to provoke communal unrest.
A rally was held in Akhaura of Brahmanbaria in the afternoon.
Speakers at the rally vowed to take any risk to safeguard the nation's independence and sovereignty.
Jatiyatabadi Jubadal Central Committee President Abdul Monayem Munna spoke as the chief guest.
He said, “The people of Bangladesh are very independent-minded. We are always serious against any conspiracy. The people are ready to take any risk for the independence and sovereignty. Bangladesh is the heartbeat of our lives. We are not afraid of anyone's evil eye”.
He said, “India must see Bangladesh as a neighbouring country. We want to clearly state that Bangladesh has no external lords.”
Munna also urged the interim government to bring Sheikh Hasina back from India immediately and tried.
The long march started from in front of the BNP central office in Nayapaltan in the capital.
