Daulatdia-Paturia ferry services resume after 6 hours

Ferry services on the Daulatdia-Paturia route resumed this morning (December 13) after six and half hours.

Ferry services were suspended due to low visibility caused by dense fog.

Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Corporation (BIWTC) Aricha Office Deputy General Manager (Commerce) Md. Abdus Salam said the ferry services resumed around 8:50am.

He said that ferry services on the Daulatdia-Paturia route were suspended at midnight due to poor visibility caused by dense fog. Later, the fog started to dissipate this morning.
