Temperature recorded at 11˚C in Dinajpur

The intensity of winter in Dinajpur has continued with further drop in temperature making the cold more pronounced.

Additionally, fog is settling in from early morning to noon, and the chilly winds are further intensifying the cold.

The cold weather has been particularly difficult for low-income, laboring individuals.

The temperature in Dinajpur has been recorded at 11.5°C at 6am on Sunday (February 9), said Tofazzal Hossain, in-charge of the Dinajpur met office.

At 6am, the humidity was at 92%, with an average wind speed of 4km per hour, he said.

Yesterday at the same time, the temperature was recorded at 10.2°C and the humidity was at 94%.
