`Operation Devil Hunt` will continue how many days, says Home Adviser

Home Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury has said “The word devil means Shaitan. Only those who are devils will be caught. It doesn't matter whether the devil is big or small here.”

The adviser said this talking to newsmen at the office of Rajshahi Deputy Commissioner on Monday (February 10).

The ‘Operation Devil Hunt’ will continue until the 'devils' are exposed to justice. Not a single ‘devil’ should be left out during the operation, he said. 

Asked who the devils are, he said those involved in making the country unstable and disobeying the law and the anarchists are devils. 

Inspector General of Police Baharul Alam, Commissioner of Rajshahi Division Khandaker Azim Ahmed, and Deputy Commissioner Afiya Akhter were present at the meeting.
