Operation Devil Hunt: 81 more arrested in Gazipur

More 81 individuals have been arrested from different areas by police in Gazipur during drives conducted as part of the nationwide "Operation Devil Hunt".

Police said Gazipur Metropolitan Police arrested 69 people from eight police stations of Gazipur.

On the other hand, 12 people have been arrested in 5 police stations in Gazipur district. So far 246 people were arrested in Gazipur in the last three days.

Gazipur metropolitan police (GMP) deputy police commissioner (special branch) Alamgir Hossain said legal steps are being taken against the arrestees.
