BSF pushes 23 into Bangladesh through Kurigram border

The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has pushed 23 people into Bangladesh through the Kushkhali border in Satkhira Sadar Upazila.
They were pushed into Bangladesh on Monday night (May 26). Later, BGB detained them.
Satkhira Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shaminul Haque said, "The detainees were Bangladeshi citizens. Of them 22 individuals were from Kurigram district."
BGB Kushkhali BOP Commander Subedar Mejbah Uddin said, "Among the arrestees, seven were women, seven were men, and nine children."
The detainees said that most of them had been working in various brick kilns in the Indian state of Haryana for 10 to 15 years.
