Launch service on Daulatdia-Paturia route resumes after 46 hours

Launch resumed its services on Daulatdia-Paturia route on Saturday (May 31) morning, after 46 hours of suspension due to adverse weather.

Launch movements on the route resumed at about 6:45am as weather condition improved.

Daulatdia ghat manager Nurul Anwar Milon confirmed the information.

Earlier, the authorities suspended launch services from 9:00am and ferry movements from 3:30pm on Thursday (May 29), to avoid accidents caused by the inclement weather.
