Three killed in Gaibandha road crash

Three passengers of an auto-rickshaw were killed as a bus ran over them in Palashbari of Gaibandha on Friday (June 6) afternoon.

Two people were injured in the accident took place at around 3:30pm in Dholbhanga Bazar area of Gaibandha- Palashbari regional highway.

The deceased were identified as  Goni Mia, 40, auto-rickshaw driver and son of Nasir Uddin at Khamar Narail village under Betkapa union of the upazila, Liakat, 18, son of Sajjad Mia, and Ibnul, 18, son of Wadud Mia.  

Officer-in-Charge of Palashbari Thana Julfikar Ali Bhutto confirmed the matter.
