Around Tk7cr realized as toll from Jamuna Bridge in 6-day

The Jamuna Bridge authorities have collected around Taka 16.79 crore in tolls in the last six days till Monday, official sources said.

Ahsanul Kabir Pavel, Executive Engineer of the Jamuna Bridge Site Office this morning said that 41,989 vehicles crossed the Jamuna Bridge in the last 24 hours generating a toll of Tk 32,820,200.

Meanwhile, a total of 240,152 vehicles crossed the Jamuna Bridge in the last six days. A toll of 167,947,300 taka has been collected.

Ahsanul Kabir Pavel also said vehicles are crossing the Jamuna Bridge through a total of 18 booths, nine on each side. Two separate booths have been set up on each side for motorcycles.
